What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

• Trip planner requests: your name, email address, optional mobile number, and the trip details you enter (destination, dates, travellers, rooms, holiday style, budget range and notes), plus the package or experience you asked about.
• Contact form messages: your name, email address and message.

We also record the page you sent the request from and the time it was sent.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you and to prepare an itinerary or quote you asked for. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in our secure hosted database. They can't be viewed by other visitors.

Third-party services on this site

• Booking partners: partner links (for example Klook and hotel booking sites) take you to the partner's own website, where its privacy policy applies. Some partner links include tracking pixels so the partner can attribute a booking to us.
• Travelpayouts: destination guide pages load a Travelpayouts script that may set cookies and record clicks to attribute partner bookings.
• Hotel deals widget: the Boracay guide shows a hotel-deals widget loaded from a booking partner.
• Google Fonts: our typefaces are loaded from Google's font service.
• YouTube: “watch before you go” links open YouTube in a new tab.
